We begin with a conversation.
Reaching out for the first time is rarely easy, and choosing to begin is a real step. The first phone conversation is a low-pressure way to hear a voice, ask whatever you need to ask, and see whether this feels like the right fit. You write through the form, and I return the call myself.

How we work together, step by step.
- 01
15-min call
A short phone call, no commitment. I'll ask three things: what brought you here, what you've already tried, and what you'd like to be different. By the end, we'll know whether to book an intake.
- 02
Initial session
50 minutes, in person or virtual. We go through history, current concerns, and goals. You can bring any prior reports, medication lists, or school notes. If you'd rather not bring anything, that's also fine.
- 03
Recommendations
During the intake session, we come up with a plan: therapy, assessment, a referral elsewhere, or some combination. The plan is something we agree to – not something I hand you.
- 04
The work itself
Sessions are weekly or biweekly. We pause every 6–8 weeks to check whether the work is helping. If you decide to stop, you don't need to explain.
