Accessibility Statement

Our commitment

Iwona Kaczmarzyk-Kozlowski Psychology strives to make iwonakpsych.ca accessible to as many people as possible, including people with disabilities. We aim for conformance with WCAG 2.1 Level AA, in line with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA).

What we do

  • Use semantic HTML (headings, nav, landmarks).
  • Maintain text contrast of at least 4.5:1 for body text.
  • All interactive elements are keyboard-operable.
  • Images have descriptive alt text.
  • Form fields are paired with labels.
  • A skip-to-content link is provided on every page.
  • The site respects prefers-reduced-motion settings.
  • We set `lang` on html and use hreflang for EN/PL.

Known limitations

We aim for full conformance, but some third-party embedded content (e.g. videos, maps) may not fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA. We replace or describe such content where possible.
