1. Nature of the website

The iwonakpsych.ca website is provided for educational and informational purposes only. It does not substitute for psychological advice or clinical consultation, and use of the website does not create a therapeutic relationship.

2. Not a crisis service

The website and the contact form are not a crisis service. If you are in immediate danger, call 9-1-1 or go to your nearest emergency department. Suicide Crisis Helpline: 9-8-8 (call or text, 24/7).

3. Appointments and cancellations

Appointments are scheduled by prior contact. You agree to provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel; otherwise the practice may charge the full session fee. Details are reviewed at the intake session.

4. Fees and insurance

Fees are published at /fees. Services are not covered by OHIP. You are responsible for payment directly to the practice, regardless of insurance coverage.

5. Confidentiality

Confidentiality and its limits are explained in detail at the intake session and outlined in the Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual property

Website content (text, graphics) is protected by copyright. Copying or reuse requires written permission from the practice.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be published with a new effective date.

8. Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
